I. Organizer of the Giveaway

1.1. The organizer of the giveaway is Courtly Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the „Organizer“).

1.2. These terms and conditions govern the manner in which the Giveaway is conducted and regulate the relationship between the Organizer and the individuals („Participants“) who voluntarily take part in it.

II. Location

2.1. The Giveaway is organized and conducted on the Organizer’s Instagram profile: @courtly.me

2.2. The terms and conditions are available at the same address for the entire duration of the Giveaway.

III. Duration

3.1. The Giveaway runs from July 10, 2026 until 23:59 on July 18, 2026.

3.2. The Organizer reserves the right to change or extend the duration of the Giveaway, of which participants will be notified in a timely manner via a post on the profile referred to in section 2.1.

IV. Eligibility Requirements

4.1. Persons employed under an employment or civil contract by the Organizer and its partners participating in the Giveaway, as well as members of their families, may not take part in the Giveaway.

4.2. A Participant may be any legally competent adult individual residing in the Republic of Bulgaria, with the exception of the persons referred to in section 4.1.

4.3. Participation in the Giveaway is not conditional on the purchase of any goods and/or services.

4.4. By taking part in the Giveaway, participants declare that they are at least 18 years of age and have the right to validly and without restriction carry out all actions related to their participation.

4.5. Participation from fake profiles is not permitted.

V. Conditions of Participation

5.1. To validly take part in the Giveaway, each person must, during its duration, simultaneously fulfill the following conditions:

• Follow the Instagram profile @courtly.me
• Follow the Instagram profile @asicsbulgaria
• Follow the Instagram profile @key.fashion.store
• Like the Giveaway post

5.2. Participants who tag a friend in the comments under the post receive an additional entry in the draw. Each tag of a different friend counts as a separate entry. Tagging fictitious profiles is not permitted.

5.3. Each participant may take part with one Instagram profile.

5.4. By taking part in the Giveaway, each person declares that they have read and accepted these terms and abide by them.

VI. Prize

6.1. The prize is 1 pair of ASICS Sonicsmash padel shoes - men’s or women’s model, depending on the winner.

6.2. If the shoe size corresponding to the winner is out of stock, the Organizer will provide an alternative available size upon confirmation from the winner.

6.3. The prize is provided by the Giveaway partner @key.fashion.store.

6.4. The prize cannot be exchanged for its cash equivalent.

VII. Selection of the Winner

7.1. The winner is selected at random by drawing lots after the Giveaway ends, on July 19, 2026.

7.2. The draw is carried out using random-selection software by the Organizer or a person authorized by them.

7.3. The winner is announced in an Instagram Story on @courtly.me on July 19, 2026.

7.4. The Organizer contacts the winner via a direct message on the profile from which they took part in the Giveaway, within 24 hours of the announcement.

7.5. The winner must respond within 3 business days of receiving the message. If they fail to respond within this period, the right to receive the prize is forfeited and the Organizer selects a new winner in accordance with section 7.2.

VIII. Receiving the Prize

8.1. The prize is delivered in a manner agreed with the winner after contact is established - in person or by courier at the Organizer’s expense.

8.2. Upon receiving the prize, the winner confirms the shoe size. If the size is out of stock, an available alternative is offered.

8.3. In the event that the winner does not make contact or declines the prize, the Organizer selects a new winner.

IX. Liability

9.1. The Organizer bears no liability for the inability to participate due to technical reasons beyond its control.

9.2. The Organizer bears no liability for the unauthorized use of other people’s profiles when taking part in the Giveaway.

9.3. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta Platforms, Inc.

X. Exclusion from the Giveaway

10.1. The Organizer has the right, without warning, to exclude participants who:

• have violated these terms
• take part under a false identity or on behalf of third parties
• have posted a comment contrary to morality, the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, or the image of the Organizer and its partners

XI. Personal Data

11.1. By taking part in the Giveaway, participants voluntarily give their consent for their personal data to be processed by the Organizer solely for the purposes of conducting the Giveaway and communicating with the winner.

11.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Bulgarian law.

11.3. Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of their personal data by submitting a written request to the Organizer.

11.4. Participants’ personal data is retained for up to 6 months after the Giveaway ends, and the winner’s for up to 5 years.

11.5. By taking part in the Giveaway, participants agree that, if they win a prize, their name and/or username may be used by the Organizer in social media posts.

XII. General Provisions

12.1. These rules fully govern the conduct of the Giveaway. For all matters not covered herein, applicable Bulgarian law applies.

12.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiation between the parties, and where this is not possible, before the competent Bulgarian court.

12.3. These rules take effect from the date of their publication and apply for the entire duration of the Giveaway.
