Open the Create Game menu, pick a date, time, and court, and choose whether to pay your share of the court online or at reception. Your game will instantly appear in the Join a Game feed for other players to find and join.

Use the Join a Game menu to filter by date, time, and location. You'll see all open games currently looking for players. You can also share any game via a direct link — perfect for dropping in a group chat and bringing people straight into the app.

If your game doesn't reach 4 players at least 1 hour before kick-off, it will be automatically cancelled and everyone who paid online will be fully refunded. You're never on the hook for an incomplete game — the system handles it for you.

Not until you have 4 confirmed players. During the 24 hours before your match, others can book that court — either for a private game or through a club manager booking. Fill your spots early to guarantee your slot.

Use the Book a Court menu to create a private match. You can invite your friends directly from within the app. Unlike public games, private bookings are not visible in the Join a Game feed.

A public game is open for any player to join via the Join a Game feed. A private game is visible only to people you invite. Private games are ideal when you already have your players lined up and want to guarantee the court.

Yes. Every game has its own built-in chat room — only the players in that specific game can see it. No more coordinating in large group chats or spamming everyone just to sort out one match.

Make sure push notifications are enabled. You'll be notified when:

• A player joins or leaves your game
• Your reservation changes
• Your game is coming up (reminder)
• The club needs to reach out about your booking
• And more as new features roll out
